They needed to reduce or eliminate an over-reliance on spreadsheets, emails and manually curated reports that would not always reach a decision maker within a meaningful timeframe.
Historically, FLI had relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets and physical paperwork to keep track of company orders. FLI were looking to migrate their procedures into Podio to help organise and improve their workflows from sales enquiries through to production and project completion.
Our client, a major digital printing company, wanted to improve their clients’ online experience, by dispensing with clunky email and telephone orders, and transitioning to a customer-centric web portal to manage products, bulk and single orders, client price lists and preferences (online shop).
