The platform needed to produce near real-time, meaningful insights in an easily digestible format. They needed to reduce or eliminate an over-reliance on spreadsheets, emails and manually curated reports that would not always reach a decision maker within a meaningful timeframe.
Historically, FLI had relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets and physical paperwork to keep track of company orders. FLI were looking to migrate their procedures into Podio to help organise and improve their workflows from sales enquiries through to production and project completion.
