Digital agility – why you won’t nail remote working with Zoom and Slack alone!

So, over the last few weeks, we’ve talked about everything from the gamut of solid, game changing digital work tools that’s available, to how adding structure to your ‘conversations’ will result in huge efficiencies and less stress for your team. We hope that those have helped you understand the marketplace a little better, while also providing scenarios that show how they can help. While much of this is with the current remote working in mind, every single change you make now on this front will serve you well into the future too.

In many cases, these are tools you can tinker with and get up and running really quickly, and without being a tech whizz. The platforms are designed to be intuitive at all stages, and there is often much more that can be done with them than you may glean from a first glance.
