Historically, FLI had relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets and physical paperwork to keep track of company orders. FLI were looking to migrate their procedures into Podio to help organise and improve their workflows from sales enquiries through to production and project completion.

A combination of Globiflow and some separate API work was carried out to migrate FLI’s procedures into Podio. Globiflow automates many tasks to assist in the setup of new enquiries, while also saving the company hours of work by creating consistently formatted PDF job schedules and order sheets; this negates the need to copy and paste work across multiple spreadsheets. The Podio items are also easily visible by each member of the sales team for editing, and the production team also have better visibility of impending jobs.
